Divorce / Separation Online Support Group
This is an on-going weekly process group for anyone who is separated from their partners needing support. It’s a safe and non-judgmental place for people to process their feelings, provide and receive support, and learn coping skills and self-care strategies for recovering from the loss of a relationship. We will address common issues such as grief, loss, fear, shame, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, loneliness, and parenting/co-parenting post-separation.
This group will always be safe, free of discrimination, and non-judgmental space. All group members are welcome, regardless of their race, class, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, religious affiliation, immigration status, body size, or any other (self-) identifying qualities. If your ideas are different than this statement, we might not be the right group for you.
If you are interested or know someone who can benefit from the group, please email me at email@example.com.
